No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
At this time we only accept returns for items in orders that were filled in error or found defective/damaged. The customer is responsible for e-mailing us at email@example.com to notify us of such defects/damages items.
Please note, returns do take us 3-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Sale items, swimwear, and jewelry are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with a discount or promotional (promo) code.
