Refund policy

We do not issue refunds on jewelry, eyewear, and swimwear for hygienic purposes. Exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis for things such as product defects. Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with a discount or promotional (promo) code.
